When a Rotorua family decided it was time to build their dream pool, they knew exactly what they wanted: something custom-built, long-lasting, and easy to maintain.
Determined to create a one-of-a-kind outdoor haven, the family set their sights on building a custom freshwater pool tailored to their lifestyle. More than just a place to cool off, they envisioned a space that would bring their loved ones together—whether for playful afternoons with the kids or quiet evenings shared with friends.
From the outset, they knew they wanted something beyond the ordinary.
"We were adamant that we didn't want a pre-fabricated pool. We wanted a built-in pool that would be constructed to last - and that's exactly what inspired us to choose a Mayfair Pool."
The result? A sleek, 10 x 4-meter in-ground pool in a soft Linen finish, complete with a tranquil Blade waterfall feature. Enhanced by a Naked Freshwater system, energy-efficient heat pump, and ambient LED lighting, the pool offers a luxurious yet low-maintenance escape.

"We love our pool, and so do our neighbours! They often join us for a swim. The kids even wait for me to get home from work so they can dive in. Our teenage son hosts pool parties almost every other week. It's become the perfect excuse to get outside, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy a cold beer or two with family and friends."
Even after the final tile was laid, the family’s experience continued to impress. The seamless ongoing service has made pool ownership as relaxing as the water itself.
"We've been impressed with the pool servicing experience too," says the homeowner. "It's so easy! We just leave the gate open, and the team takes care of the rest. They send us the bill afterward, and that's it. It's hassle-free, and we appreciate that."
