With style, safety, and serenity in mind, this pool transforms a compact space into a breathtaking retreat.

 

The Dune Gazer pool is a striking statement of minimalist luxury, perfectly positioned to enhance the home’s openness and views. Cleverly tucked alongside the house, the infinity pool reflects light beautifully into adjacent rooms, blurring the line between indoors and out. With style, safety, and serenity in mind, this pool transforms a compact space into a breathtaking retreat.

These clients wanted a pool in a small space still available on their steep property, while maintaining the openness of their minimalist modern home.

With only a small space available, the pool was built right against the home with an inbuilt ledge for lounging, and an infinity edge and a dry infinity edge on the other exposed edge for style and safety. As a result – access only from the one side – fencing was able to be minimised and the extraordinary view and open feeling were maximised.

Though the site was steep and access tricky, the Mayfair team is well-accustomed to navigating difficult terrain and up for the challenge.

Hi, I’m Kim and I work with a great team to help individuals, as well as small and not so small businesses get their message, product and services to the world using digital media and creating wonderful websites that don’t cost the earth.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.

The digital world is never static and neither are we.
