This beautiful modern pool build is the perfect example of form meeting function—designed with family at its heart. Created for a multigenerational household, the goal was to craft a space that could be equally enjoyed by teenagers, grandchildren, and adults alike. The addition of a 2-metre tanning shelf became the hero feature, providing a shallow, versatile zone for lounging, playing, or simply cooling off.

The result is a stunning, family-friendly outdoor space that goes far beyond just a pool. Easy-to-use equipment, a beautifully landscaped setting, and a warm, seamless client experience make this build something truly special.

I was born in Canada, and grew up around Vancouver and the mountains of British Columbia. My love of pristine environments led me to New Zealand and eventually to the mountains, lakes and rivers of the central North Island which is home. My family’s heritage is here, and it’s from here that Korio traverses the planet.
